Kaiser Permanente invites skaters with little to no experience to The Safeway Holiday Ice Rink in Union Square presented by Alaska Airlines to come learn from professional skate instructors every weekend.

Tickets can be purchased online in advance at, and are available at the ice rink ticket window in Union Square Park (333 Post Street in San Francisco). Ticket prices for regular admission are $18 and $13 for children eight years old and under, with figure skate or hockey skate rental included in the cost of admission. through January, 20, 2020, with the exception of closing at 9:30 p.m. The Safeway Holiday Ice Rink will be open daily from 10 a.m. Storibox has also developed the Giga Selfie, which will allow guests to take the perfect selfie with custom templates around designated areas of the rink. Storibox will provide a green screen with several options of festive backgrounds for guests to choose from, along with an on-site photo retail booth offering digital and print products. New to The Safeway Holiday Ice Rink in Union Square this year will be two opportunities for guests to create lasting photo memories during skating sessions.
